Reading the website

Neurosurgery.ai is served through Cloudflare Pages. Requests pass through Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, and security-related signals to deliver and protect the service.

The production site also includes a Cloudflare Web Analytics integration. When Cloudflare automatically injects its analytics beacon, the site’s Content Security Policy permits the versioned Cloudflare beacon path and same-origin reporting to /cdn-cgi/rum. Depending on delivery, browser settings, extensions, and blocking tools, the integration can send page-view and performance information to Cloudflare. This notice does not claim that every visit is tracked or that the integration has been audited end to end.

Newsletter subscriptions

The subscription form sends the email address you enter directly to Buttondown for the Neurosurgery.ai newsletter. It opens Buttondown’s subscription flow; this website does not operate its own subscription database. Do not subscribe another person without their permission.

Buttondown processes subscription and delivery information under its service terms and privacy policy. Email open or click measurement depends on the newsletter account’s settings; those settings were not independently verified for this notice.

Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop future issues, or contact the editor with a subscription question. Unsubscribing from delivery and requesting deletion of information are different actions.

Email and sensitive information

If you email the editor, your address, message, and any attachments are handled to respond to the request and assess sources or corrections. Please do not send patient-identifiable information, medical images, credentials, or confidential clinical records. This is not a clinical consultation service.

Retention, requests, and provider settings

Retention varies by service, security requirements, correspondence, and account settings. This notice does not assert a fixed deletion period. Detailed provider retention settings and the legal identity/contact disclosures required in applicable jurisdictions still require an operational review by the site operator.

For access, correction, deletion, or a question about the handling of your information, contact hello@neurosurgery.ai. The editor may need to verify that a request concerns your information and coordinate with the relevant provider. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; no specific response time is promised here.

Research, trial, regulator, and other external links take you to independently operated websites with their own policies. Updates to the site’s integrations or privacy practices should be reflected in this notice and its date.
